Park Cities Talented and Gifted (PC-TAG) is an advocacy group in the Highland Park Independent School District.  We are a group of parents dedicated to meeting the unique needs of gifted and talented students. PC-TAG promotes the awareness of the unique social, emotional, and intellectual needs of families of the gifted and talented.
